There are no hidden steps and no obligation to call us.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Fill in your name and email, then confirm. Right after confirming, we email you an acknowledgement of receipt \u2014 keep it as your proof.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>We refund all payments you made for the order, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>If your order is physical goods, please send them back within 14 days of telling us.
