Delivery Time
Italy: Delivery is usually within 2-4 working days after order confirmation.
European Union: Delivery generally takes place within 5-7 working days after order confirmation.
Rest of the World: Delivery generally takes place within 7-10 working days after order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and total weight of the order. Cost details will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount:
🇮🇹 Italy*
- Shipping free for orders exceeding 49 €.
- For orders of less than 49 €, the shipping cost is 6,90 €.
* On some smaller islands (not Sardinia or Sicily) or inconvenient locations where couriers charge a significant surcharge, the shipping cost is €14.90
🇨🇭 Switzerland
- Shipping cost: 39,90 €.
🌍 Rest of the World (e.g. USA, UK, South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania)
- Shipping cost: 65,00 €.
- ⚠️ For orders with significant weight or volume, the shipping cost may be recalculated after the order has been confirmed. In this case, the customer will be contacted to approve any additional costs before shipment.
