About us
Our farm is located in the area of Francavilla in Sinni (PZ), at the foot of the Pollino National Park, on the family's property and covers an area of about 3 hectares; it is here that our artisanal workshop for processing “crusco” peppers is located. Cultivation takes place in the municipality of Senise, which is considered the “cradle” of the “Peperoni di Senise IGP” (PGI) peppers that still decorate the alleys and villages of the old town centre, left to dry in the sun in long necklaces called 'serte'. The land lies in the spectacular setting of the Monte Cotugno dam, the largest artificial reservoir in Europe.
