400g of pasta (preferably types such as orecchiette, cavatelli or spaghetti or Strascinati with crusco
8-10 Cruschi peppers of Tenuta Padì
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh chilli pepper (optional)
Salt to taste
Chopped fresh parsley
